About Us
FEMPOWER is a three-day conference that brings together women who are building influence - in business, media, entrepreneurship, and society.
The fifth edition of the Fempower conference will take place in the elegant setting of Lazure Hotel & Marina in Herceg Novi, where we create space for conversations on leadership, financial independence, personal branding, and longevity - topics that shape sustainable success in the modern world.
The program is designed as a three-day journey: the first day is dedicated to connection and networking through a variety of formats, the second day focuses on professional development, leadership, and business, while the third day is reserved for personal growth, health, and longevity. Throughout the conference, we will also be joined by several special guests from public life, who will share their stories, experiences, and insights.
